    清林作故事

    上星期日是英華小學的開放日,清林好開心得到了大表哥的邀請前往參觀。清林到了圖書館、音樂室和幾個課室參觀,每一次都像入了黑洞一樣不肯出來,直到媽媽沒好氣地說:「我們要去看大表哥了!」清林才願意跟媽媽到禮堂去。

    大表哥是弦樂團的一份子,當然好勁!

    管樂團也演奏得非常出色。

    還有中國鼓隊的表演,讓人嘆為觀止,媽媽馬上告訴朋友中國鼓好得,包括了舞蹈、音樂、運動、團隊合作等元素,好適合小學男孩,當初那一個想出這個主意的老師實在太抵讚了。後來有一天讀明報,見到屈穎妍的專欄裡大讚英華開放日,學生和老師見到這些正面的評語一定好開心吧。

    又到影學生相的時候了,清林今年樣子又大個了。

    這幾個星期是今學期最後一次評估,下星期是英文評估,老師照例會有一份 Revision Pack 讓學生帶回家溫習。其中一樣是看圖作文,跟據一幅圖片和創作框架寫作。清林之前在學校做過不止一次,所以大概知道怎樣做了。

         

    One day James and Jas were in an island and the day was sunny. They thought it’s time to find treasure. So they hunted for treasure and when they were looking for treasure, a key popped out and fell onto the floor. Jas picked up the key and said, “James, I think there must be a treasure here.” “Yes,” said James. “Let’s get the treasure,” said Jas. So they looked around but they couldn’t find any treasure. As they were going, a treasure map popped out so they followed the treasure map. And when they came to a corner, a treasure was there. So they opened the treasure and they saw a lot of gold. When they wanted to pick up some gold the treasure was gone and a big bad guy was looking at them and ran away. So James said to Jas, “Pretend to be a princess.” So Jas pretended to be a princess and ran to the bad guy. And the bad guy thought she was his friend and gave them the treasure. Now the treasure was back. “Hurray!”, said James and Jas. The story ended. 

    這一篇習作其實在茶樓邊吃點心邊寫的,清林在“亂吹”這方面確實是有點本領,一口氣就寫了差不多二百字。而那一個故事的 Solution “Pretend to be a princess”,真的只有清林這些六歲小孩才夠膽覺得這樣說得通!

    媽媽幫忙 proof-reading,生字串錯(例如 Treasure 實在錯得太 Consistent 吧!)不太大問題,主要一定要執的反而是 punctuation 和 past tense。
